Whether you are thinking of breastfeeding or bottle feeding its important to make an informed decision and have all the information before you start.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0My Preparing to Breastfeed workshop is exactly where you start. I run the workshop once a month in Castledermot Co. Kildare. The aim of the workshop is to give expectant mums and your partners the information and education to help you feel confident, empowered and to make informed decisions as you embark on your breastfeeding journey.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0I want you to feel confident from the moment your baby arrives and you are in hospital establishing breastfeeding. Coming to the workshop will help you learn about breastfeeding, take away the fear of the unknown and understand what is normal and what to expect.
