My online Preparing to Breastfeed workshop is exactly where you start. The aim of the workshop is to give expectant mums and your partners the information and education to help you feel confident, empowered and to make informed decisions as you embark on your breastfeeding journey.
I want you to feel confident from the moment your baby arrives and you are in hospital establishing breastfeeding. Coming to the workshop will help you learn about breastfeeding, take away the fear of the unknown and understand what is normal and what to expect. Knowledge is power.
Preparing to Breastfeed Workshop is aimed at mums and partners right from pregnancy through to feeding your child at home, I want to help educate, empower and reassure you about your breastfeeding experience.
At the Preparing to Breastfeed Workshop we discuss topics such as:
